Dunglass estate, scotland/ chapel by the sea

a golden cage is still a cage

Photography farm has a special place in my heart and I think it’s because of Lisa, she has a gift for gathering people. Not only were the fellow teachers quality humans but the attendees were top notch. I spent months thinking and planning what I wanted to say, not just in my speech but for the photo to speak. I feel most comfortable communicating my perspective with art and I believe the world can be as bold and beautiful and you want it to be. So, when Lisa strolled over mid shoot and said “ would you like some owls? “ I just looked wide eyed and said “yes please.”

There’s a melody in here, let me know if you can hear it

everything just fell into place and I am eternally grateful. Lena did a perfect job foraging the lampshades and little tassels, the vintage dress and colored veil and the perfect humans I now call friends. thank you thank you thank you.
