Chima + Naja

Naja being a writer, really wanted to focus on storytelling and candid moments. Chima loves vibrant, joyful images. There were so many moments from the day that tugged on my heart. The necklace Naja is wearing and never takes off, was gifted by her late father. He was given a front row seat during the tear filled ceremony. The jumping of the broom, money dance and the second line parade rounded out the evening. Waverly did a wonderful job keeping the day on track and Jenn sprinkled her floral magic everywhere. Their love is tender yet strong and it was an honor to document. Enjoy this modern romance with rooted tradition.
